French Language Lessons
Hi All,

To those who are in Cagayan de Oro City or nearby cities and municipalities in Northern Mindanao, I invite you to study the French Language at Xavier University.

I would also like to inform everyone that Xavier University and the French Embassy had just signed an agreement regarding promotions of the French language. Soon, XU will be receiving many communications from the French Embassy on studying in France (scholarships included).

Please let me know if you are interested so I could patch you to XU.

By the way, I also would like to know if we have a big enough French community in Northern Mindanao? It would be good to get together soon and maybe we can pursue on having another Alliance Francais branch here in the Mindanao area. There are only 2 Alliance Francais here in the Philippines -- in Cebu and Manila. I wish there's one in Mindanao, preferrably in Cagayan de Oro City (hehehe).

RE: French Language Lessons
Hi Carmz, welcome here.

I don't think we have a big french speaking community in CDO, no settled at least, I suppose there are more travellers passing by.

Can you give us more informations about your french lessons like the truition fees, the number of weekly hours... ?

This kind of training is very useful and the agreement with the ambassy should help to develop it, that's really good.

She uses the same materials that of the French Alliance. She is also the Director of the Office of International Cooperation and Networking (OICN) of Xavier University.
